Cheesy Hawaiian Calzones

Ingredients

  • 2 (13.6-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg diced cooked ham, drained
  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
  • 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits, well drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Unroll both cans of pizza dough on 2 large greased baking sheets; press each into a large rectangle and cut each in half to make 4 rectangles.
  3. Spread about ¼ cup pizza sauce over one side of each dough rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border .
  4. Sprinkle with cheeses, ham, bacon and pineapple; fold dough over filling, crimping edges to seal.
  5. Cut 1-inch slits in tops of rolls to allow steam to escape. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown; serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded and cubed
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine melon and grapes in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey; toss.
