Cheesy Chili Dog Waffle Fries
Romaine and Apple Chip Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle-cut french fried potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs, sliced
- 1 (28-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1.75-oz) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
- 1 (15-oz) can nacho cheese sauce
Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and hot dogs in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Spoon chili mixture over fries. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over shredded cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, torn
- 1 (3.4-oz) pkg baked crunchy apple chips, broken into large pieces
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
