Greek Tzatziki Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (5-oz) cans wild-caught Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 Tbsp diced red onion
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce
- ½ English cucumber, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1½ cups baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Stir together tuna, onion, mayonnaise, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, and tomatoes. Fold in cheese and olives.
- Combine spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Divide between 2 plates, and top with tuna salad.
