Ingredients

  • 2 (5-oz) cans wild-caught Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce
  • ½ English cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • 1½ cups baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Stir together tuna, onion, mayonnaise, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, and tomatoes. Fold in cheese and olives.
  2. Combine spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Divide between 2 plates, and top with tuna salad.
