Cheddar, Bacon, and Onion Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 6 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender.
- Meanwhile, roll out dough to a 16-inch round on a large greased baking sheet. Prick surface of dough several times with a fork; bake 6 minutes.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Spread sauce over partially-baked crust. Top with onion, cheese, bacon, and rosemary. Bake 8 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Top with arugula.
