Slow-Cooker Tortellini Ragù

Ingredients

  • 1 lb plant-based ground beef
  • 1 (28-oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 1⅔ cups marinara sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook plant-based beef in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain well, and transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
  3. Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with basil.
