Slow-Cooker Tortellini Ragù

Ingredients
- 1 lb plant-based ground beef
- 1 (28-oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1⅔ cups marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook plant-based beef in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain well, and transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
- Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with basil.
