Garlic Crinkle Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ lb flank steak
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 hoagie rolls, split
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup horseradish mustard
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub oil on steak. Sprinkle steak with seasoning on both sides, and drizzle with Worcestershire.
- Grill steak on oiled grill grate 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Grill rolls, cut sides down, just until toasted. Serve steak and cheese on grilled rolls with desired amount of mustard and shredded lettuce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen crinkle cut French fries
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Melt butter, rosemary, and garlic in a bowl in microwave at HIGH about 1 minute. Drizzle over fries, and toss. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
