Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup horseradish mustard
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub oil on steak. Sprinkle steak with seasoning on both sides, and drizzle with Worcestershire.
  2. Grill steak on oiled grill grate 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
  3. Grill rolls, cut sides down, just until toasted. Serve steak and cheese on grilled rolls with desired amount of mustard and shredded lettuce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen crinkle cut French fries
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter, rosemary, and garlic in a bowl in microwave at HIGH about 1 minute. Drizzle over fries, and toss. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
