Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- ½ (4-oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Gently mix together beef, green chiles, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin in a large bowl until blended. Shape into 3 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve with Grilled Peppers and Onions recipe and add French steak rolls or buns, if desired.

- 1 large onion, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced

- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss vegetables with oil; sprinkle with taco seasoning and salt.
- Grill in a vegetable grilling basket 5 to 10 minutes or until tender. Or, if you don't have a vegetable basket, create one by crimping edges of a large sheet of foil to create a "lip" around edges; place vegetables on foil to grill.
