Basil Pesto Ravioli with Shrimp

Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- ¾ cup pesto
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, sauté bell peppers in hot oil in a nonstick skillet 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
- Toss ravioli with bell peppers and desired amount of pesto in a large bowl. Toss with hot baked shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese.
