Ingredients

  • ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • ¾ cup pesto
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté bell peppers in hot oil in a nonstick skillet 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  3. Toss ravioli with bell peppers and desired amount of pesto in a large bowl. Toss with hot baked shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • ½ (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
