Ingredients
- 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced into 4 thick rounds
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup refrigerated poppyseed dressing
Instructions
