Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced into 4 thick rounds
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup refrigerated poppyseed dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss together chicken, grapes, apple, celery, cheese, and lemon juice.
  2. Divide lettuce wedges among 4 plates. Top with chicken mixture; drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with nuts.
