Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (9-oz) bottle zesty Ranch sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork with seasoning mix and oil.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 15 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally, until a thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with Ranch sauce for dipping.

  • ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
  • ½ Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss potato tots with cumin and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together green beans, brown sugar, chili powder, and oil on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until browned and tender.
