Easy Fish and Chips with Malt Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 frozen beer-battered fish fillets
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen deli-style potato wedges
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp malt vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Bake fish and potato wedges according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir togther mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl. Serve with fish and potatoes for dipping.
