Italian Salad with Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chopped baby spinach
  • ⅔ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and Italian seasoning; shape into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  2. Meanwhile, heat Alfredo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; gradually add spinach, stirring constantly, until wilted.
  3. Serve spinach mixture over patties; top with cheese.

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • ½ cup drained marinated artichoke hearts
  • ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup Italian dressing

  1. Combine greens, artichokes, tomatoes, and dressing in a large bowl; toss.
