Florentine Alfredo Burgers
Italian Salad with Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chopped baby spinach
- ⅔ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine beef and Italian seasoning; shape into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, heat Alfredo sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; gradually add spinach, stirring constantly, until wilted.
- Serve spinach mixture over patties; top with cheese.

- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- ½ cup drained marinated artichoke hearts
- ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ⅓ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine greens, artichokes, tomatoes, and dressing in a large bowl; toss.
