Taco Chicken Wraps
Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (6-count) pkg soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 (16-oz) can refried black beans
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (9-oz) bottle salsa verde sauce
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Toss chicken with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
- Heat tortillas and black beans separately according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm tortillas with beans, slaw, and tomatoes. Drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
