Broccoli Crunch Salad and Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 1 (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce
Instructions
- Place panko in a shallow bowl. Place mayonnaise in another shallow bowl.
- Season fish all over with salt and pepper. Dip fish in mayonnaise; dredge in panko, pressing to adhere.
- Cook fish, in 2 batches, in 2 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.

- 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli crunch chopped kit
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake sweet potato fries according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Toss together salad kit ingredients.
