Apple-Mustard Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 lb fully cooked boneless ham half
  • 1 cup apple jelly
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup spicy brown mustard
  • ⅓ cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place ham in a greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Make diagonal slits in ham in a diamond pattern.
  2. Whisk together jelly, brown sugar, mustard, and orange juice; pour over ham.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours, basting twice during last hour of cooking (reserve one-third of ham for Baked Ham and Cheese Ciabatta Loaf recipe). Slice remaining ham.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, chopped
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen baby lima beans
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together broccoli, butter, cornbread mix, cheese, onion, and eggs in a bowl; blend well. Pour into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until center is set.
  2. Cook lima beans according to package directions; sprinkle with pepper and salt.
