Baked Ham and Cheese Ciabatta Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) loaf ciabatta bread
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Reserved cooked ham (from Apple-Mustard Glazed Ham recipe), thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice bread in half horizontally. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over cut sides of bread. Layer 1 side with ham and cheese.
  3. Cover with remaining bread half, and wrap in foil; bake 15 minutes. Cut loaf into slices to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ lb seedless red or green grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve grapes with sandwiches.
