Beef and Blue Pizza
Quick-and-Easy Italian Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups reserved shredded beef mixture (from Sunday Roast with Gravy recipe)
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese (or use feta cheese)
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crusts on a large rimmed baking sheet. Brush with oil.
- Top with shredded beef mixture, blue cheese, tomato, onion, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is crisp.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg Italian salad mix
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
