Grilled Garlic-Soy Pork Tenderloin
Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, and ginger in a zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and chill at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- ½ (24-oz) pkg honey gold potatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ (12-oz) pkg steam-in-bag green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, oregano, and garlic salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
