Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1½ cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 kiwifruit, cut into half moons
  • ¼ cup low-fat granola

Instructions

  1. Process pineapple, yogurt, milk, lime zest, lime juice, and honey in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses. Top with kiwifruit and granola.
