Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1½ cups crushed or cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Pulse blackberries, strawberries, yogurt, and milk in a blender until blended.
  2. Add ice; cover and pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
