Piña Colada Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks (about 3 cups)
- 2 bananas
- 3 (6-oz) cartons low-fat piña colada yogurt (or use vanilla)
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- ½ tsp coconut extract (optional)
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
