Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks (about 3 cups)
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 (6-oz) cartons low-fat piña colada yogurt (or use vanilla)
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ tsp coconut extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
