Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat orange creme yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut (see Note)

Instructions

  1. Process pineapple, cherries, banana, orange zest, milk, and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Sprinkle with coconut.
