Ambrosia Smoothies

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat orange creme yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut (see Note)
Instructions
- Process pineapple, cherries, banana, orange zest, milk, and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Sprinkle with coconut.
