Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup carrot juice
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mango chunks (3 cups)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange. Process orange zest, orange juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
