Carrot-Mango Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- ½ cup carrot juice
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mango chunks (3 cups)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange. Process orange zest, orange juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
