Berry-Kombucha Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) bottle kombucha (any flavor)
- 3 (6-oz) cartons low-fat mixed berry yogurt
- 4 cups frozen cherry and mixed berry blend
- 4 cups baby spinach
- ¼ cup hemp seeds (or use chia seeds)
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
