Berry-Oat Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 serving glasses.
