Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 serving glasses.
