Cherry-Peach Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 4 cups frozen sweet cherries
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process peaches, cherries, milk, yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into 4 serving glasses.
