Radicchio-Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 head radicchio, coarsely chopped (or use butter lettuce)
- 2 (12-oz) pkg shredded Brussels sprouts (see Note)
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Toss together chicken, radicchio, Brussels sprouts, and dressing in a bowl. Sprinkle with cheese.
