Kimchi Grilled Cheese
Roasted Sesame Broccoli
Ingredients
- 12 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups jarred vegan kimchi, drained
- 12 slices organic sourdough bread
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Divide 6 cheese slices and kimchi among 6 bread slices; top with 6 cheese slices and remaining bread slices. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli with oil on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and crisp-tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
