Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook in hot oil 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in hot oil 5 minutes or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Add cream and cheese. Cook 1 minute, stirring until cheese is melted.
  3. Add steak to mushroom sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ tsp pepper, divided
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat cauliflower according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in 1 Tbsp butter and ¼ tsp pepper.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions; toss with 1 Tbsp butter, salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
