Spinach-Berry Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (9-oz) pkg spinach
- 2 cups quartered strawberries
- 1 pint blackberries (or use blueberries or raspberries)
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup light balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; brush with oil.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Coarsely chop.
- Toss together spinach, strawberries, blackberries, and almonds in a large bowl; add vinaigrette, and toss.
- Divide among 4 plates; top with chicken.
