Ingredients
- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp (or use chicken nuggets)
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ lime
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix together hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lime juice, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic and crushed red pepper flakes in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add broth; bring to a simmer. Add hoisin mixture. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until just thickened.
- Chop broccoli into small pieces. Add broccoli to skillet. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in baked popcorn shrimp; cook 1 minute, tossing to coat. Serve over Sesame Rice recipe.

- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch basmati rice
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions in microwave. Pour into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds; toss.
