Ingredients

  • ½ (11-oz) pkg gluten-free tortilla chips 
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with chicken, sauce, and cheese.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions.
