Herbed-Smoked Salmon-Cucumber Boats
Rosemary-Sage Sausage PattiesIngredients
- ½ cup cream cheese with chives and onion
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 small cucumbers, halved
- 1 (4-oz) pkg smoked salmon
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, dill, and pepper; spread on cut sides of cucumbers. Top with salmon.

- ½ lb ground pork sausage
- ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ½ tsp rubbed sage
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine sausage, rosemary, and sage in a bowl; shape into 8 patties.
- Cook patties, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
