Ingredients

  • ½ cup cream cheese with chives and onion
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 small cucumbers, halved
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, dill, and pepper; spread on cut sides of cucumbers. Top with salmon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground pork sausage
  • ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp rubbed sage
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine sausage, rosemary, and sage in a bowl; shape into 8 patties.
  2. Cook patties, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
