Golden Pineapple Smoothies
Sausage PattiesIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks (3 cups)
- 1 banana
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1½ tsp ground turmeric (or use curry powder)
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
