Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks (3 cups)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1½ tsp ground turmeric (or use curry powder)

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
