Spinach-Artichoke Chicken Salad
Naan Wedges and Cut Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ (8-oz) pkg ⅓-less-fat cream cheese
- ½ (1.4-oz) envelope vegetable recipe mix (¼ cup)
- ½ (12-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- Squeeze spinach dry using paper towels. Combine yogurt and cream cheese in a large bowl; stir in soup mix until blended. Fold in spinach, artichokes, and chicken. Chill until ready to serve.

- 1 (4.4-oz) piece naan, cut into wedges
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 3 carrots, cut into sticks
