Ingredients

  • ¾ lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbsp white wine (or use low-sodium beef broth)
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, if desired. Melt ½ Tbsp butter in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Melt 1½ Tbsp butter in same skillet with drippings over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add wine; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in parsley. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve sauce with steak.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans 
  • ¼ cup vinaigrette-style Caesar dressing 

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower according to package directions; stir in pepper.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss beans with dressing.
