Honey-Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 2 slices red onion
  • ½ lb ground sirloin
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 2 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook pineapple and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; wipe skillet clean.
  2. Meanwhile, shape beef into 2 patties. Cook patties in same skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add sauce to skillet, turning to coat patties.
  3. Serve patties on buns with pineapple, onion, and lettuce. Drizzle with remaining sauce.

  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey and lime juice in a bowl. Add mango and strawberries; toss.
