Teriyaki Steak Noodle Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles (any flavor)
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak, cut into (1-inch) cubes
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup frozen green peas, thawed
- ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting flavor packet.
- Meanwhile, season steak lightly with salt and pepper. Cook steak in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned; remove from skillet.
- Cook broccoli, and carrots in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak, garlic powder, peas, and teriyaki sauce.
- Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated; stir in noodles and sesame seeds.
