Grilled Hamburger Steaks
Crispy Smashed Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire sauce; shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic powder. Serve with hamburger steaks.

- 2 lb small red potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 minutes or until just tender; drain and place on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Using a potato masher, mash each potato until flattened, but still intact. Drizzle with oil, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of potatoes are browned and crispy.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
