Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen chicken tenders
  • 6 hot dog buns, toasted
  • 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ cup honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Meanwhile, bake chicken fingers according to package directions. Sprinkle buns with half of bacon; top with chicken, cheese, and remaining bacon.
  3. Return to baking sheet; bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with honey mustard before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) container watermelon chunks
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

Side Dish Instructions
