Bird Dog Sandwiches
Watermelon-Blueberry SaladIngredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen chicken tenders
- 6 hot dog buns, toasted
- 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup honey mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Meanwhile, bake chicken fingers according to package directions. Sprinkle buns with half of bacon; top with chicken, cheese, and remaining bacon.
- Return to baking sheet; bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with honey mustard before serving.

- 1 (2-lb) container watermelon chunks
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
