Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Butter-Parmesan Egg Noodles and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, Dijon, seasoning, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place tenderloins in a zip-top plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, 7 to 8 minutes per side or until a thermometer registers 145°F.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg extra-wide egg noodles
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; toss with butter and cheese until blended.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions.
