Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, Dijon, seasoning, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Place tenderloins in a zip-top plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade.
  4. Grill pork, covered, 7 to 8 minutes per side or until a thermometer registers 145°F.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg extra-wide egg noodles
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; toss with butter and cheese until blended.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions.
