Crunchy Fish Fingers

Waffle Fries and Sliced Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
  • 2 lb grouper, cut into 1-inch-thick strips
  • ½ (8-oz) bottle ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together panko and oil in a shallow bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture; dredge in panko mixture, shaking off excess. Place on a greased wire rack on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with ketchup.

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • 3 apples, sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Serve fries and apples with fish fingers.
