Crunchy Fish Fingers
Waffle Fries and Sliced ApplesIngredients
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 2 lb grouper, cut into 1-inch-thick strips
- ½ (8-oz) bottle ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together panko and oil in a shallow bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl.
- Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture; dredge in panko mixture, shaking off excess. Place on a greased wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with ketchup.
