Chicken-Bacon Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Add chicken; season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done.
  3. Stir in Alfredo sauce and broth; add ravioli, stirring gently. Sprinkle with cheese;  cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.

  • 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
