Chicken-Bacon Ravioli
Steamed PeasIngredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Add chicken; season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce and broth; add ravioli, stirring gently. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.
