Raspberry-Thyme Sweet Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed and undrained
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 cups sweet tea

Instructions

  1. Bring raspberries, water, and thyme sprigs to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes. Strain into a large pitcher, and discard pulp.
  2. Add sweet tea to pitcher; stir. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with an additional thyme sprig, if desired.
