Raspberry-Basil Sparkling Lemonade

Ingredients
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil
- 1 (52-oz) pkg raspberry lemonade
- 2 (12-oz) bottles sparkling water
- Garnish: lemon wedges
Instructions
- Combine sugar, water, and basil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until combined. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Fill 6 Old-fashioned glasses with ice. Fill glasses half full with raspberry lemonade; add 2 Tbsp prepared syrup to each glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon.
