Corn Dog Casserole
Easy Fruit SaladIngredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (10-count) pkg hot dogs, sliced
- 1 (15-oz) box honey cornbread and muffin mix
- 1 cup milk
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1½ cups frozen yellow corn, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add hot dogs, and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, stir together cornbread mix, milk, oil, eggs, 1 cup cheese, corn, and hot dogs in a large bowl. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart baking dish, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) peeled and cored pineapple, cubed
- 3 cups seedless green grapes
- 2 apples, chopped

- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl.
