Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and 2 Tbsp garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp garlic.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry medley
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup chopped roasted, salted peanuts

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook vegetable in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and nuts.
