Garlic Shrimp with Sweet Chili Aioli

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and 2 Tbsp garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp garlic.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry medley
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup chopped roasted, salted peanuts
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetable in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and nuts.
