Ingredients

  • 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes.
  2. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and sauce is thickened.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (3.5-oz) pkg boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen shelled edamame
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook edamame, onion, and garlic powder in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until tender. Add rice; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Push mixture to side of skillet. Add beaten eggs to center of skillet; cook, stirring constantly, until scrambled. Combine eggs with rice mixture; stir in soy sauce.
