3-Ingredient Grilled Pork Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (18.4-oz) apple bourbon pork tenderloins
  • 2 (12.8-oz) pkg maple bourbon bacon chopped salad kits
  • 1 (4-or 5-oz) pkg honey glazed almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 20 to 22 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F.  Let stand 5 minutes; chop or slice pork.
  2. Toss together salad kit ingredients; add pork and glazed nuts.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) ciabatta loaf, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • 1 (4-oz) log garlic herb goat cheese, softened

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet; drizzle lightly with oil. Grill bread, covered, 2 to 4 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Smear cheese on grilled bread. Serve alongside salad.
