Grilled Bread
Ingredients
- 2 (18.4-oz) apple bourbon pork tenderloins
- 2 (12.8-oz) pkg maple bourbon bacon chopped salad kits
- 1 (4-or 5-oz) pkg honey glazed almonds
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 20 to 22 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes; chop or slice pork.
- Toss together salad kit ingredients; add pork and glazed nuts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) ciabatta loaf, sliced
- Olive oil
- 1 (4-oz) log garlic herb goat cheese, softened
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet; drizzle lightly with oil. Grill bread, covered, 2 to 4 minutes or until toasted.
- Smear cheese on grilled bread. Serve alongside salad.
